Hi mama I'm Rose, a Mother, Nurse, Holistic Postpartum Nutrition Consultant and creator of The Well Mama.
I've integrated my medical background in nursing, my experience as a mother & my holistic studies in postpartum nutrition to create a comprehensive postpartum course that puts mothers at the centre of perinatal care, when we have well mama's we have well babies and well families.
I believe this is the most important work on the planet, supporting new mothers to be the happiest, healthiest versions of themselves, so they can perform the most important job - sustaining & nurturing new life.
I'm only in my first trimester, is it too early to take this course?
Absolutely not, it's never too early to start planning your postpartum experience. I just recommend that you cook the meals in your third trimester so they keep well in the freezer.
I'm having a caesarean birth can I still take this course?
Absolutely! I spent eight years assisting women through caesarean births and I have a whole section dedicated to caesarean birth preparation & recovery.
I'm a vegetarian, are the recipes plant-based?
I've got you covered mama! All recipes are gluten free & soy free and with a few changes can be made dairy free and vegetarian. With no compromise on flavour or nutrient value.
How long do I have to complete the program?
While the course runs over four weeks with daily support from me, you have lifetime access so you can move through the modules at a pace that feels good for you!
